The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

- Ordersmean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
Order Cancellation Policy
At Pure Gold, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order due to various reasons. We strive to make the cancellation process as easy and convenient as possible for our customers. However, please note that certain terms and conditions apply to order cancellations. Please read the following carefully before placing an order with us.
Payment Disbursement and Cancellation Process
Orders paid through debit/credit cards, internet banking, or payment wallets are subject to payment disbursement in our corporate bank account. In case a customer wishes to cancel such an order, they can do so by sending an email to [email protected]. The customer must clearly mention the reason for cancellation and specify which item(s) they wish to cancel. The cancellation request will be processed only after we receive the email from the customer.
Cancellation before Dispatch
Customers have the right to cancel an order before its dispatch. If we have dispatched the order and the customer sends an email to cancel the order after our dispatch time and date, the order is not considered cancelled, as it will already be in transit. Therefore, customers have no legal or contractual right to cancel the order after dispatch.
Cancellation after Dispatch
If a customer wishes to cancel an order after dispatch, they may do so by following our return policy to return the product and receive a refund. However, please note that in such cases, the customer is responsible for the safe and secure delivery of the unused product back to us, and they must share the tracking ID with us to ensure that the product is delivered to our address.It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of the gold product to our address. We recommend that customers use a reliable shipping method and purchase insurance to cover any damage or loss during transit. Any damage or loss incurred during the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.Additionally, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of the product. We will only refund the cost of the product, and any shipping charges or taxes associated with the original purchase will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to any unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of stock or pricing errors. In such cases, we will inform the customer via email and provide a full refund.In case of any confusion or query regarding our cancellation policy, customers can contact us via email or phone, and we will be happy to assist them.We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the policy will be available on our website.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will bear logistics and shipping costs along with Bank/Payment processor’s service charges/Parcel Insurance Charges/Express Delivery Charges, etc if any.

Note: All order with having more than Rs.10000/- Parcel Value (Advance paid or COD) are sent through insured Parcel Service. Moreover Express Parcels Cannot be insured by courier companies
On Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation of any confirmed order (Either Received/Returned Without Receiving) customer has to bear above mentioned costs at actual.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
